So here is your chance to out-create the seniors with this competition....and although you haven't worked with MODA yet they are very tied to their color Red and to their typeface, Helvetica Neue. Everything else is up for grabs with imagery.
Look at what they've done already with some images and perhaps yours even uses their existing logo in some abstract or literal way. These little boxes look like packages to me...so what if you create a set of these same boxes to look like presents being unwrapped....with $25 inside.....or as it gets close to the gift-giving season these become wrapped and unwrapped gifts (albeit your $25 donation.) GET IT?
What if one of the boxes isn't a box at all but a $ (Dollar Sign) instead?
What if your logo is a bunch of red boxes that make up $25 (how about 25 boxes with the dollar sign on each box=the $25 dollars they are asking for...
What they are trying to do is get the attention of the public, their audience, to give a $25 donation. I would suggest you even google images for donations or gift giving or anything that has to do with the holidays and simply figure out a way to get the RED boxes of MODA or some implied suggestion for MODA to replace what you might be inspired by...make sense?
